Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Why do i need a credit card on file to book a reservation?

No-shows and last minute cancellations are very costly for businesses who take reservations/appointments without some type of monetary commitment from the intended guest. No-shows in the restaurant industry average about 20-30%. This is financially devastating to small businesses like ours. By imposing a $25/person fee for no-shows and cancellations within 2 hours of the reserved dining time, we reduce the amount of place holding, undecided and otherwise flighty bookings that may not only cost the business, but also prevents serious diners from booking.

What if I’m going to be late?

We have a 10 minute grace period on all reservations - no exceptions. If you are beyond 10 minutes late we will do our best to make accommodation for you but will not guarantee a table. During peak season we often have a very long wait list and wait times of 2-3 hours beginning as early as when we open. Please plan accordingly.
